The calculator prices our work — design, programming and commissioning — room by room, not "a smart home" as a whole. Equipment is shown separately and honestly: as a range at the manufacturer’s list prices. The price for our work from the calculator is the price in the quote, as long as the floor plan matches what you entered.

Free commissioning when you buy the KNX equipment from us
When the KNX equipment for the property is bought through Tact Automation for €5,000 or more, on-site commissioning is free. KNX only: the offer does not apply to Wiren Board or Home Assistant. Valid throughout Serbia, travel to any town included.
What it includes: full set-up of all equipment on site, loading the project into the devices, testing every channel and load, system test, acceptance with the client and briefing.
- The offer applies to KNX equipment only. It does not cover Wiren Board, Home Assistant or wireless devices.
- Equipment is sold at the manufacturer’s recommended retail prices, with the manufacturer’s warranty.
- The specification is agreed before work starts. Anything added after the work is done is charged separately at price-list rates.
- Design and programming are charged at price-list rates.
- The property must be ready for commissioning: the panel assembled to our design, the bus and loads connected and checked by the electrician. If the property is not ready on arrival, a repeat visit is charged at €60 per hour.
- Cannot be combined with other discounts. Prices exclude VAT.
