Heating, lighting in the house and garden, gates, pool and pumps — in one app and on ordinary switches. We design the system, build the control panel and program it; your electrician lays the cable following our documentation.

A house has more systems than an apartment: a boiler or heat pump, ventilation, outdoor lighting, gates, pumps, a pool, a generator. We bring them together into one system that’s easy to use, and one app where you can see everything.
For houses we usually choose KNX or Wiren Board. We have worked on properties of up to 1,600 m².
What’s included
House and garden lighting
DALI, scenes, outdoor lighting on an astronomical timer, motion sensors.
Heating and climate
Underfloor heating and radiator zones, boiler or heat pump, ventilation with heat recovery, air conditioners.
Blinds and awnings
Blinds, roller shutters and awnings with wind protection from a weather station.
Technical systems
Pumps, water heater, pool, irrigation, generator: status and faults in one app.
Security
Leaks, door and window sensors, gate and side gate, integration with the alarm and CCTV.
Multi-room and AV
Music by zone and home cinema in shared scenes.
How the work goes

Site visit and specification
We look at the house or the plans, draw up the list of functions and choose the platform.

Design
Panel drawings, cable schedule, device layout — 3–5 weeks.

Control panels
We build and label the automation panels.

Installation supervision
We visit the site while the cable is being laid and check the electrician’s work against the design.

Commissioning
1–3 weeks: programming, scenes, testing every function.

Handover
As-built documentation, source files, training for the family, 12-month warranty.

Timing
