Lighting, climate, blinds and leak protection work as one system: with scenes, on a schedule and from your phone. We work in apartments under renovation and in finished ones, where no cutting into walls is needed.

Apartments are the most common place for automation. If the renovation is still under way, we put in a wired system in the control panel. If the apartment is already finished — a wireless one, with no dust and no cutting into walls.
If you rent out your apartment, there’s an extra benefit: you can see leaks and temperature from anywhere in the world and switch off the climate system between guests.
What’s included
Lighting
Groups and dimming, ‘Morning’, ‘Movie’ and ‘Night’ scenes, a master switch by the door.
Climate
Air conditioners, underfloor heating room by room, schedules and an ‘away’ mode.
Curtains and blinds
Motorised curtain tracks and roller shutters — on a schedule, by the sun and at the push of a button.
Leak protection
Sensors under the sink, bath and washing machine; motorised valves shut off the water on their own.
‘Left home’ mode
One press switches off the lights, closes the blinds and lowers the temperature.
Remote access
A phone app and Telegram notifications.

Functions by room, choice of platform and estimate — in 3–5 days.

Design for your electrician
For a wired system: panel drawings and cable schedule, 1–2 weeks.

We build and label the panel while the renovation is under way.

2–4 days after the final finishes: we connect, program and test.
