We don’t start with the equipment but with how you live: when you get up, where you need light at night, what should happen when you’re away. Your answers become a list of functions room by room — and only then do we choose the platform.
For a finished apartment without renovation, a wireless system on Home Assistant is a good fit. For a property under renovation — a wired system on Wiren Board or KNX: it works without the internet and lasts for decades.
What’s included
Lighting
Scenes, dimming, presence sensors, night lighting, a master switch by the entrance.
Climate and heating
Underfloor heating and radiators room by room, air conditioners, ventilation, schedules.
Curtains and blinds
On a schedule, by the sun, and with a single ‘close all’ button.
Security
Leak sensors with automatic water shut-off, door and window sensors, ‘nobody home’ mode.
Multimedia
Multi-room music, TV and home cinema in shared scenes.
Control
Ordinary switches, a phone app, a wall panel, voice assistants.

Panel drawings, cable schedule and device layout — your electrician works from these.

Control panel and installation
We build the automation panel; the electrician lays the cable following the documentation.

Programming
We set up the logic, scenes and app, and check every function against the list.

Handover
We show you how to use it and hand over the documentation and source files. 12-month warranty on programming.

Timing
Apartment — 4–8 weeks from specification to handover; house — 2–4 months. Most of the time goes on the renovation itself: we prepare the design in 2–3 weeks and commission the system in 1–2 weeks.
